For ID Transfer kindly provide the documents as mentioned below:
- Affidavit from present distributor duly notarized(for transfer request) mentioning with "if in future partnership will dissolve and our main/present distributor will not remain part of this firm/company then ID will not transfer to the other partner and will be count invalid ID".
- Signed id proof (Pan card/Driving license or passport) of present distributor to match signature with application/affidavit.
- Registration certificate with the name of firm.
- Signed id proof (Pan card/Driving license or passport) of Partner to match signature with application/affidavit.
- Bank passbook in the name of firm/company and PAN card copy of proprietor.
Note: After transfer of ID, the distributor has to submit Fresh/New signed DAF.
