For ID Transfer kindly provide the documents as mentioned below:

Affidavit from present distributor duly notarized.
Signed id proof (Pan card/Driving license or passport) of present distributor to match signature with application.
Registration certificate with the name of firm
Bank passbook in the name of firm/company and PAN card copy of proprietor.

Note: After transfer of ID, the distributor has to submit Fresh/New signed DAF.
