For ID Transfer kindly provide the documents as mentioned below:
- Affidavit from present distributor duly notarized
- Any one signed id proof (Pan card/Driving license or passport) of present distributor to match signature with application
- Relation proof copy between present distributor and the person, ID is being transferred in the name of
- Latest/updated Aadhar card of both person (front & back.
- Bank passbook and PAN card copy of new distributor
- Self-Declaration from new distributor in the form of affidavit with signature.(Format is attached)
Note: After transfer of ID, the distributor has to submit Fresh/New signed DAF.
